At the point of application to NUS, you must indicate an intended major or choice of course that you will read at your respective home faculty or school. The only exception to this are students enrolled in the College of Humanities and Sciences (CHS). Students enrolled in CHS have the flexibility of having an undeclared major for the first two years of studies, but are also offered the choice to declare a major/minor from their first semester if they would like to do so. For all students enrolled in NUS college, they also enjoy the flexibility of being able to change their intended major up till the fourth semester (or second year) of study.
